February (Week 2) Clubbing Listings: Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Dundee

Featured Club of the Week: Substance
Venue: The Store
Date: Saturday 12th February

I’ve always wondered whether there is a condition known as IDM and glitch by osmosis, an example would be Aphex Twin and Global Goon, who were once flatmates and both developed music careers in their own right with Rephlex. The Twin locational association is long gone (along with the idea that Global Goon was actually Aphex) but Global Goon continues the weirded-out and experimental beats, and joins Substance for their techno showdown with London’s I Love Acid and live set. Post Human (Seed), Cynthia Stern (Input Output) and Coloruid (FlexiWare) support and astound!
