Ghetto-tech connoisseur and Chicago House legend DJ Funk conducts your booties for the Monox send-off; a fitting goodbye would be all punters rhythmically squeezing their behinds and punching their arms like an efficient engine, pulsing in time to Funk rhythms as they pulse down your veins!

In an ever-so-slight dnb departure, Xplicit present a dubstep special with Emalkay and fresh dubs courtesy of DJ Marky, with Stamina MC delivering the vocals. Potterrow nights are always big for Xplicit - kick off your month in super-sized fashion.

The Cab Vol Alternative Freshers Week drwas to a close with a special appearance from Joey Negro and Ultragroove resident Gareth Sommerville. House and disco legend Negro (and Top 100 DJ) was producing while Lo-Quality was browsing for their first primary school uniform, and he’s in town to spin circles round the new crews in town. LuckyMe Collective’s The Blessings host the back room.

There’s a special Drumcode Party with Adam Beyer, Alan Fitzpatrick and Slam - on the same night as DJ Funk - so make your decisions carefully. It’s Swedish techno at its best, brought to you by the label master and a rising star from the 4/4 stables.

Optimo return with their sleazy electronic spin-off in Dundee, their first time back since a degree show in May, to experience the mash-up greatness of Glasgow’s finest.
