Free tunes: Carl Taylor - Perplexer and Violet

We start off the week with three slices of techno from Carl Taylor, ahead of his LP on EPM Music. The triple tribal whammy includes a remix by Orlando Voorn. Enjoy!

The blurb from EPM:
Ahead of his new artist album for EPM Music, Carl Taylor delivers two new productions ‘Perplexer’ (accompanied by a remix from Orlando Voorn) and ‘Violet’.

South Yorkshire’s Carl Taylor grew up surrounded by funk (his father was a Soul DJ), acquired his own decks at 14 and his first synth (a Roland) at 16. He has been DJing for 12 years and released on labels like Bugged Out, F-Comm, Dust Science, Advanced and F1 Recordings, not to mention his Warehouse Trax series, plus remixes for artists like Laurent Garnier, The Black Dog & Chris Cowie.

Carl’s tracks plug straight into your core, from the pulsating beats and tribal rhythms on ‘Perplexer’ to the melodic synths of ‘Violet’, he infuses raw organic emotion into his music, making dancefloor Techno with strength and feeling.
Acclaimed Dutch producer, Orlando Voorn has been at the top of his game for many years now with his consistently high quality releases. The man who also brought us works as Nighttripper, Basic Bastard and Fix (with the timeless ‘Flash’) continues to impress here, upping the tempo for his shakedown of ‘Perplexer’.
Look out for Carl’s new album later this year on EPM Music.
